The Ritz-Carlton looks forward to welcoming the Les Dames d’Escoffier Chicago’s Culinary Insiders Weekend to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Chicago (A Four Seasons Hotel) over September 7, 2012 – September 9, 2012.

Room reservations will be made directly with the Hotel on an individual basis. Guests must call the hotel directly at 312-266-1000 and request the Reservations Department.

It is imperative that individuals indicate the group affiliation (Les Dames d’Escoffier Chicago’s Culinary Insiders Weekend)  when making reservations, otherwise the rate that applies may not be extended. Direct reservation must be made prior to Friday, August 10, 2012. After this date, any unreserved rooms will be released by the Hotel for general sale. The Hotel will continue to accept reservations after Friday, August 10, 2012 on a space available basis, at the current available rates.
