The million dollar taste buds – learn how Enda Howley became a cheese grader, and how he was identified as having a highly tuned palate. Enda will walk us through the grading process, talk us through how he identifies cheeses right for maturation and the key elements he looks for in a good cheese. He’ll also share top tips for knowing your cheese is at it’s peak.
Dame Claudia Jendron will talk through the Beers and why they were paired with the cheese selection.
To complete the experience there will be a Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur & Dessert.
