Dame Sarah Stegner, chef and co-owner of the acclaimed Prairie Grass Cafe in Northbrook will once again host Les Dames for a festive and delicious holiday brunch on Saturday, Dec. 2 at 11 a.m.
A brunch break is the perfect opportunity to catch up with your fellow Dames and kick off the holidays with Dame Sarah’s amazing food and congenial atmosphere. As a two-time James Beard Award winner, Sarah’s cooking and hospitality are second-to-none!
To get your mouth watering, a sneak peek at the menu:
– Sliced Fruits and Berries
-Quinoa Cake with Poached Egg, Lemon Hollandaise, Roasted Tomato Salsa
– Warm Grilled Vegetables with Basil Remoulade
-Organic Mixed Green Salad with Roasted Grapes, Local Cheese, Pumpkin Seeds and Cider Vinaigrette
– Carrot Cake Muffins Stuffed with Cream Cheese (mmm!!)
Cost is $30 per person (cash only) and it includes coffee and tea. Please bring a bit extra for tipping.
