Join us for an evening kicked-off by a 30 minute sugar blowing demonstration from Chef Jacquy Pffeifer, of the French Pastry School, highlighting the intricacies of the steady-handed skills which are used to create fanciful sugar sculptures, and the science behind the techniques required to turn simple sugar into elaborate works of art. This demo will be followed by a hands-on glass blowing class where each attendee will be able to craft their own stemless drinking glass under the supervision of professional glass artists.
Snacks will be provided, drinks are BYOB. This should be a fun and interactive evening and a terrific event to bring a prospective member to.
