After a two-decade break from academics, this mother of three returned to college to earn her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She plans to open a non-profit organization to assist females entering the hospitality industry in West Africa. Tradition places females behind the house roles but Veronica wants to show women how to advance their careers. Students like Veronica make their dreams come through their hard work, commitment, dedication, and perseverance.
