This award is a lifetime achievement award given to an outstanding member of the Chicago Chapter who has achieved excellence in the culinary profession and has made outstanding contributions to the Chicago Chapter of Les Dames D’Escoffier. This is an honorary, non-monetary award that is given when the chapter deems it appropriate.
