This one-day sale is where treasures from the private collections of some of Chicago’s most influential foodies, chefs and restaurant and hotel kitchens will be available for purchase. Les Dames d’Escoffier supports women in the Chicago area food, beverage and hospitality community through scholarships, grants and community programs assistance. All proceeds from the Culinary Bazaar will help our chapter offer more culinary scholarships to ensure that more women are able to thrive in the hospitality community.

Early admission tickets (entry at 9am) must be purchased in advance and are limited. General admission (entry at 10am) will be available at the door but can also be purchased in advance below.
