In Conversation with Paris Dame Jane Bertch, Author of “The French Ingredient”

Jane Bertch was born and raised in Chicago. In 2006, she relocated to Paris, and soon thereafter, opened La Cuisine Paris, a French cooking school in the heart of the city. Jane’s story is rich and compelling and downright inspiring for anyone who has ever dreamed of opening a cooking school or living in the City of Lights.
