Lunch and Learn: Being an Author with Leah Eskin
Join Dame Leah Eskin to talk all things authorship! Leah’s latest book, Like Wafers in Honey, comes out on April 14, so we’ll get fresh perspective from her publishing journey and hear the ins and outs of what it takes to bring a book to life!
Leah Eskin writes about food and other pressing matters. She is the author of the novel Like Wafers in Honey (“beautiful” says Yotam Ottolenghi) and the memoir Slices of Life: A Food Writer Cooks Through Many a Conundrum (“Smart, honest, literate and funny—very funny,” says Dorie Greenspan). Previously the Sunday food columnist for the Chicago Tribune, she now writes the dessert column for Midwest Living and is the owner of Crumble Handmade Pastry. She lives in Chicago with her husband and their chocolate Lab. You can reach her at leaheskin.com.
