Join Chicago Dame Kim Bosse as she hosts a pop-up dinner with Chef Roland Calupe on Sunday, September 17th at Birch Road at Roscoe Village.
Chef Calupe will be preparing a multi-course dinner of Hawaiian inspired dishes.
The Menu:
- Shoyu Ahi Poke
- Black Truffle Ricotta Raviolo
- Smoked Shoyu Bistek or Huli Huli Chicken
- Ube Crème Dessert
The dinner will have two seatings – 5:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
The dinner is BYOB.
Tickets are $105 per person.
All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Les Dames Maui Relief Fund.
