Learn How to Make Pierogis Like a Pro with Dame Dobra Bielinski

Learn pierogies from a pro! Dame Dobra Bielinski is Chicago’s foremost pierogi maker and people flock to her bakery, Delightful Pastries in Jefferson Park, for authentic pierogies both savory and sweet.

In this class, you’ll make pierogi dough that you can take home, and you’ll make two varieties of pierogi – cheese/potato and blueberry/sweet cheese that you can enjoy after the class (or take them home; up to you).

Dobra will teach you how to make the fillings and shape and cook the pierogies so you can recreate the pierogi magic at home with your take-home dough. Feel free to bring a bottle to share during the class.
